The agreement
By downloading or using NoteTrail you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. NoteTrail is distributed through the App Store and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
What NoteTrail is
A practice tool for musicians learning to sight-read. It is educational software, not instruction from a qualified teacher, and it makes no guarantee about your musical progress or outcomes.
Subscriptions
- NoteTrail Pro is offered at $4.99/month or $29.99/year, following a 7-day free trial where eligible.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel in App Store → your profile → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period.
- Payment is handled by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's discretion via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law. The app, its generated exercises, and its design are owned by OB Data LLC.
Liability
- The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- To the extent permitted by law, OB Data LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to what you paid in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will appear here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
